  • Electrical components and custom-ordered items are non-returnable unless defective.

  2. Prepare the Item: Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  3. Ship the Item: Send the product to the following address:

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Refunds

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error.
